Thank you for shopping with Warmora. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through warmora.bond may be returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded.

1. 30-Day Return Policy
Warmora offers free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the recorded delivery date;
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
- Include all original packaging, accessories, components, manuals, labels, and promotional items;
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt;
- Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Please do not send products to our business address without first receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
3. Free Return Shipping
Approved returns submitted within the 30-day return period are eligible for free return shipping.
Where available, Warmora will provide a prepaid return label or another approved return method. Customers must use the return method provided by our support team.
Warmora is not responsible for packages returned through an unauthorized carrier, sent to an incorrect address, or shipped without tracking.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if:
- The product arrived damaged;
- The product is defective;
- You received the wrong item;
- Parts or accessories are missing;
- The package appears to have been damaged during transit.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide photographs of:
- The product;
- The shipping package;
- The shipping label;
- The damaged or defective area;
- All items received in the package.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we confirm that it is no longer required.
5. Products Damaged After Delivery
Our policy does not cover damage caused by:
- Dropping, crushing, impact, or accidental damage;
- Improper use or storage;
- Filling a product with substances not suitable for the product;
- Failure to follow care or safety instructions;
- Unauthorized repair or modification;
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or discoloration;
- Damage caused by dishwashers, microwaves, freezers, or other appliances where the product is not marked as compatible;
- Commercial use where the product is intended for personal use.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, the following may not be returned:
- Gift cards;
- Items marked as final sale;
- Personalized or customized products;
- Products damaged through misuse or negligence;
- Products returned without essential parts or accessories;
- Products that create a hygiene or safety concern after use;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale items may be returned unless they are clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been approved.
In some cases, we may offer a direct exchange for:
- A different color;
- A different size or capacity;
- A replacement for a defective product;
- A correction where the wrong product was delivered.
Exchange availability depends on current inventory.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not normally issue refunds through a different payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund. Processing times are controlled by the financial institution and may vary.
9. Original Shipping Charges
Warmora provides free standard worldwide shipping. Therefore, no standard outbound shipping charge is normally deducted from an approved refund.
Optional premium, express, priority, customs, import, or third-party delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error attributable to Warmora.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund:
- Check your bank or payment account again;
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider;
- Allow the provider’s stated processing period;
- Contact us at support@warmora.bond if the refund still does not appear.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or shipment.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@warmora.bond. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
12. Refused and Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact the customer after the package is returned.
Any refund may be reduced by costs imposed on Warmora by the carrier, customs authority, or return service, except where the return resulted from our error or where prohibited by law.
